About CollabList
We needed a registry. So we made one.
The list we
couldn’t find.
We were looking for a gift registry. The options we found kept running into the same problems: guests had to make an account just to look, gifts had to come from one store, or the terms asked too much of our personal data.
CollabList started as a way around those problems. Put items from any shop on a list, share the link, and let people see what’s already claimed.
It works for registries, but also for the food you’re bringing on a trip, classroom supplies, or a wishlist you keep adding to.
A few things
we keep simple.
Choose any store.
Add a link from wherever you find the right item. Your list doesn’t need to belong to a retailer.
Make it easy to take part.
Anyone with the link can view a public list. A free account lets them claim an item or collaborate with you.
Keep control of sharing.
Add a password when you need one. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
